Minnesota Renters Refund
The Minnesota property taxes are very high and regressive which indicates that low and middle income families pay a larger share of their income in property taxes than the higher income families do here. So the Minnesota Property Tax Refund lessen the regressivity of Minnesota property taxes by giving tax credits to persons whose Minnesota property taxes are high when compared to their income. This can be commonly called the Circuit Breaker for the house owners and the Minnesota Renters Credit.
